Power off

Just look in the menu options for "Sleep mode" and set it to OFF! If that doesn't work, try unplugging the television for an hour or set. That usually resets it to the factory default setting. You might be able to reset it by looking in the menu options and select "Factory Reset" and that should reset the Sleep mode. Hope that helps!!

Green light flashes

Hello
Do you please count the number of blinks at a time, as soon as you switch ON the set, and inform that number to me? Count this number, at least three times by switch the set ON/OFF by its panel switch [not with remote control]. OK.

That is because the remote control is set to remote number 2. Set it to remote number 1 and all will work or set the switch on the Blu Ray to number 1.

How remove childlock?

Hello

Just try this. In most panasonic sets, this process will unlock your TV.

Panasonic sets need to be reset to clear the v-chip settings. To do this, put it in standby mode,[ie Power ON the set by its fron panel power switch, and then power OFF by remote control handset, without powering it off by front panel power switch again] then press the POWER and ACTION buttons at the same time and then turn the power off. The set should reset to the factory defaults, and reset the v-chip.
ok

Panasonic Model TC - 32LX60 can't switch to 1080i again manual doesn't tell me

The resolution is not set at the TV, the video source sets what the TV will display, 720i/p in = 720i/p display. May be you are talking about the aspect RATIO setting, 16:9, 4:3, zoom1, 2, 3.
It works the same as youe PC monitor, the resolution is set at the PC not at the monitor.

Set up new tv - doesn't work

Warranty time. The TV most likely went into protection mode because a part went bad inside.
I would take it back to the store and exchange it for a new one. 90 day warranty policy.
Have them test the new one to make sure it works so you don't have to waste another trip.
Good Luck
