Call forward button stopped working. All three lines still work. Changed the phone with another office phone, but still cant forward calls. Push the button once, and the light flashes. Push it again and the light turns off instead of staying solid. Do I have to reprogram the button? If so, how? I have no manual for the phone.

I forward my office phone by dialing 72# and the number.

Your office phone may be on a system that did the forwarding, or you may have to CANCEL call forwarding (73#) before you can set it.

enter 50
press ' enter'/ auto dial store
enter 4
enter the extension you wish to transfer call to
press auto dial store

to take call forward off

press program
enter 50
press 'enter' auto dial store
press 0
press auto dial/ store

this should work!
