Tony166, according to the web, the Panasonic DBS 576 single cabinet phone system will run at a peak wattage of 360 or 3.3 amps. 3.3 amps x 120V = 396 VA.

Also, this is a very sensitive device and needs good clean power to eliminate frequency variations and line noise. You should put this system on an On Line or Double Conversion UPS. Not a Line Interactive or an Off Line unit! Those are the 3 UPS industry standard technologies. The Off Line technology is simply a battery in a box. It can break down a clean sinewave input and feed your connected load a stepwave signal. The Line Interactive unit will provide a sinewave while on battery power, but not during normal operation. Only a true On Line UPS will provide pure sinewave power 100% of the time!

I would suggest at least a 1kVA or 1.5kVA Liebert GXT2 product!

I believe that your batteries may need replaced inside the UPS. Even if the system has not seen much (or any) usage, the batteries are only good for a specified amount of time (usually only 2-4 years) and then they need replaced.

I have mge galaxy 3000 single unit 30 kv who shown those messages: defaut refroidissemt defaut temp batterie thank you for you help

sounds like you have a battery in thermal runaway. That means your battery could catch fire. I don't know what refroidissemt is. Your spelling is wrong. Go back to the UPS and write down the right alarms. Then I can help you.

Is this going to be a true online UPS or a line interactive UPS? keep the UPS is a cool semi dust free place.77 degrees is perfect. Never put anything that uses a motor or compressor. This will overload the UPS. The UPS you are wanting to get is a off brand UPS and getting parts or tech. support may be hard. APC, Powerware and Liebert are good quality systems. 9150 need to extend the full load run time to 60 minutes what do I need and how much

Here is the documentation page for the 9150: http://powerquality.eaton.com/Products-services/legacy/9150-info.asp
The 9150 had a couple of different Extended Battery Cabinets for longer runtimes but the 9150 was discontinued so I suggest you reach out to Eaton's service department.

waheed70, NO!!!! NO!!! NO!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF DOING THAT!!! You may cause catastrophic failure to not one but both APC ups units and will void any warranty you might have!!! If you are in need of longer run time on battery back-up, then start looking into buying an "ONLINE" ups system somewhere in the 5 to 10 kva range. Check out "chloride" systems and "powervar" and "toshiba" and "ONEAC" for info about "true online" battery back-up systems. Bye for now. 12fixlouie

New batteries in Smart UPS 700 only lasts 2 minutes at 30% load

If you blistered your older batteries a good chance your inverter is going or will go bad. The heat alone can do damage to your components. Time to replace the unit and remember next time not to wait so long to replace your batteries. Replacement of batteries every three to approaching four years is a good idea.

sounds like battery failed, check the connections and clean them, then try it again. see if the battery is ok, check voltage, and shake the battery, if you hear little objects rattle inside, it is bad. i hope this is helpful, good luck, glen also consider the unit could be shot.
