I used to work at a recycling facility, it is processed to certain types after that it's bailed up into big "blocks" if you like then it goes to a processor who will strip it down and clean it after that it is shredded down then the last stage in recycling plastic, this involves melting the clean shredded plastic and extruding in to the form of pellets which then go on to manufacture the next set of plastic parts

Kinds of question they ask in interview

Interviews vary a lot. Some people like to know if you will fit into their way of life, others want to know if you can guess the exact answer to each question, the best ones get you talking to see how you think and what inner resources you have.

Assume the worst: here is a good list of questions and suggested ways to answer them: https://www.monster.com/career-advice/article/100-Potential-Interview-Questions

At the end of the interview, make sure to ask one or two questions about the company to show your interest in what they are doing. Pick up information from LinkedIn.com and news articles, and especially the company's own website - look for a Sitemap which will show you everything that their website covers. Good luck!

Some Tips for Recycling Plastic Bags

You would be shocked to know just how many plastic bags get thrown away every day. It's a huge source of damage to our environment and some basic easy steps to recycle used plastic bags could help you 'do your bit' for the planet.

  1. How about taking your bags back to the store that gave them to you. Many stores will take them and recycle them for you.
  2. Or you can take bags with you when you go shopping, especially if they are in good condition. Then there's no need to keep taking new bags.
  3. Another tip is to use old plastic bags as trash bags for smaller bins around the house. I use mine in the bathroom.
  4. How about giving your excess bags to a charity shop. They can then use them for packaging up goods that customers buy.
  5. Finally the best idea is to try and avoid taking bin bags in the first place. I always carry a couple of fold up, material shopping bags with me and then i can usually avoid the waste of asking for extra plastic bags.

Good Luck and thanks for caring about our planet.

What is the best answer to 'paper or plastic?'?

According to me, Paper is better than plastics because papers are more ecofriendly than plastics but in some cases, plastics are more useful than paper.
Paper is better because they are biodegradable and can be decomposed and recycle easily Whereas plastics has its own important uses but the main disadvantage of plastic is that they are non biodegradable and cannot be decomposed by the microorganisms.
But this problem can be removed if we will recycle and reuse these plastic materials properly and don't throw in soil and water bodies. Throwing them can cause extreme harm to plants, animals and also our environment.

Where can i find a real psychic to ask questions online or email?

Hi Joe:
Your question is in the cars and trucks section.
All of the car and truck psychics answer questions for free so just ask your questions.
I'm actually a very good psychic when it comes to vehicles, but I'm not good enough to know what your question is before you ask it.......
that is unless it involves understanding women, and none of us male psychics really have that answer.

Inside the ear

I suggest you visit ehealth.com and ask your question again...

Our NHS has both strengths and weaknesses. Apart from austerity and bad management causing further problems there has always been an element of "easy answer first" and if you don't go back they assume you are cured.
For anyone with a rare condition it can be extremely discouraging because it means being an absolute nuisance to lots of good hard working doctors and nurses before the top man, the specialist consultant can be seen. Often that is difficult because the top man usually seems to be associated with a different healthcare region.

Research is the answer. When you are full of knowledge about the possible causes of the problem or possible misdiagnoses then you will be armed enough to ask questions and as everyone should know, in order to get the right answer it is often necessary to ask the right question.

Good luck!

How is my son doing in school

You'll have to ask the school and/or his teacher(s).

You asked this question in an international forum. Did you really expect an answer when you didn't give your son's name or the name of the school he attends?

I'm from oxford and I have recycling that won't fit in the recycling bin, what should I do with it?

from their website:
You can place extra recycling neatly at the side of your recycling bin in the old recycling boxes, a cardboard box or a clear plastic bag. Please do not use black bin liners.

Are plastic bags more environmentally friendly than using cartons?

That's a complicated question as it depends whether it's for long term or short term use. In general plastic bags use less material than boxes, cartons or jars and therefore are seen as minimized packaging, but this doesn't mean that they are more environmentally friendly.

I have a G4 and the plastic at bottom of bag is cracked

Hi There,

Well sort of. For the G4, the bottom boot is sold with the internal fill tube that inside of the outer bag, where the paper bag connects. These two parts are sold complete as an assembly already put together. You'll just need to take off the strap at the bottom of the boot that holds the outer bag onto the boot. This strap is sometimes difficult, and sometimes it's easier to just purchase a new strap and install it.

Here are direct links to the parts that you'll need on our website:

Kirby G4 Mini Em-Tor with Fill Tube Assembly. Kirby Part # 199493S

And here's the bag strap that you may just want to purchase so you can just cut the old one off:

Kirby Vacuum Bag Clamp. Kirby Part # 196599S

If you have any questions about how to change this part out, please feel free to open a new repair, or just use the comment field here on Fixya. If you found this repair helpful, please follow the Fixya way and leave feedback for the repair. This is really appreciated when someone answers your repair questions, and is what keeps repair professionals continue to post free answers rather then just the paid ones. Thanks again,

Chris Jones
