How old is this scooter? if you have first 3 digits of serial # I can tell you what controller it has. Also are you talking about the rear tray were the light is flashing or by the battery indicator or the tiller in the front were the key goes. If you take the seat and shroud off there is a plug that connects the front of the scooter to the rear and 2 plugs were the batteries hook into to the harness, I would check those. Also check to make sure the battery connectors are hooked up with the red wires going to positive and the black to the negatives.

the sequence of how many times lights flash is a diagnostic, how many flashes are you getting? Also was it doing this before the batteries were changed?

I have a chair that has been setting up for 6 months. Replaced both batteries. When you turn unit on battery indicator light flashes nine times the pauses then repeats. It will not move forward or backwards. Any help is appreciated.

Why would the power indicator blink?

The amount of times the light(s) blink is a flash code that indicates what the problem is. Count the number of times it flashes then pauses. We can answer your question when we know what flash code you are having.

I have got a tga breeze mobility scooter. I charged the batteries as it was not used for a while the display showed up grey put in the key. The indicators & lights etc didn't work but the scooter would...

If the scooter functions OK backwards & forwards and drives the distance you require, then i would hazard a guess at the PCB in the tiller head, paired with BDI (Battery Display Indicator).
Batteries on the Breeze are most likely 70-100ah, and ideally must be kept charged, either after use or at least once per week if you are not using it. Failing to do so will end up costing a lot of money :-)

My victory 4 mobilty wont charge the green light is very faint/the charger was tested why wont my scooter charge

make sure battery cables are secure at battery terminals and old are the batteries. If the batteries run down fast they are no good.a good way to test them is put scooter against some thing solid and go forward. If the battery indicator drops to o the batteries are no good.It takes about 10 hours to charge the batteries

No forward, only backward

Hi. If the light flashes 7 times, it has a speed controll fault. It might be the throttle lever ( wig wag ), or it might be the speed pot that controls your top speed.
Try moving the throttle lever ends up and down while you are driving the machine. Doing this wont fix it, but it will highlight the problem, if the throttle lever is faulty. Also try moving the speed pot back and forward a few times.
Good luck. Neil.

When I try to go forwards or backwards the red light flashes and I donot move

Hi. Count the flashes between the pauses, it is a fault code. Try putting free-wheel lever in the correct place. Different numbers of flashes mean different faults. Let us know. Good luck. Neil.
