Why is my Toyota Landcruiser 1HZ motore missing and blowing white smoke?

Air leak in the fuel line? All the lines are pressurised to some degree.
Do you mean it was sucking air on the tank to pump side?
Because its a diesel and you have white smoke and a misfire you need specialist help to identify which injector is playing up. White smoke is usually excess fuel or incomplete firing on that cylinder. Toyota lumps are very reliable so get some help, a good diesel mechanic would have a clip on tester that would check each cylinder.
At 2002 I'm surprised there is a fuel problem but you don't give mileage so an injector is the best guess.

Where is the bleed valve on a standard fuel filter, in a Toyota land cruiser '93 1hz?

not all filters have bleed valves. if there is one it will be on the highest point of the filter. if there is no bleed valve the filter would usually be self bleeding.
there may also be a drain valve on the lowest point of the filter to drain any water that collects in the filter, but again, not all filters had these.

hope this helps
