when I try to view videos on youtube, my pc has a dialog box that pops up saying 'performed an illegal operation' and it shuts down. Never a problem before. In the 'details' it says IEXPLORE executed an invalid instruction in module FLASH9H.OCX, or in module KERNAL32.DLL. Where can I even find these programs on my pc? I'd like to fix this myself without payment which most roads seem to send me down when I check search engines. Thanks!
