1. Power down the printer.
2. Pull the ink cartridges out and clean them with a paper towel/napkin and some isopropal or rubbing alcohol.
3. Replace the cartridges.
4. Power the printer up and run the head cleaning cycle again.
Test your prints. If they are still bad, you may have a bad formatter board. This would mean it is time to replace the printer.
Go to START then RUN and type services.msc and click on OK. This should open services window. Scroll down to on the list and look for Print Spooler. Click on STOP on the left pane then restart the service. This should clear put the stuck document in your print spooler and you should be able to print again.
Hope this helps.
Remove both the ink cartridges from the printer and
clean the cartridge contacts on the printer using soft cotton cloth
dipped in distilled water.
Also connect the printer directly to
the wall jack if connected to surge protector. Now turn off the printer
and again turn on. When the printer prompts to insert the ink
cartridges, Insert them to the printer.

The bigger you are going to want to print the final picture the higher the resolution you will want. So set it on the highest resolution then you will be able to make the picture however big you want in your photo-editing software. Thanks, Lee
It turns out that the software and drivers in the F2210 are NOT COMPATABLE with the latest Internet Explorer 8. In order to get the printer to function you must UNINSTALL 8 and go back to 7. Works just fine with 7!!!! HP has informed me that they are working on upgrading their software to accept 8, however, it may be some time until it is available. You can check their Website for availability.
Thanks for your help.
