My Homedics iSoundSpa Max won't turn on.

I just bought the product in December, and I ineveitabely lost the receipt, so now I have an iSound radio that will not even turn on. I've tried plugging it into different outlets to see if it was an outlet problem, and have also tried a different combination of batteries. Nothing works.
