It appears you have two outputs for video so yes, you should be able to export the video signal for dual monitor use.

How do i set up dual monitors? do i need a duel monitore card?

All you need is a graphics card that can handle it.
All modern ( made within the past 10 years) laptops can easily do it, without anything extra (besides the monitor of course).
If you have a desktop, the built in graphics are usually not enough - you need a graphics card from ATI or Nvidia. You can get a cheap one for under $50, and they all support two monitors.

I'd reccomend http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814187108 if you're on a budget - it's a fairly powerful card for the price.

Could I use 2 monitors on a HP Compaq D530 if I upgraded the graphic card? If so what card should I buy? Thank youy

You can buy any card that meets your specs of your computer. Make sure it has duel output on the video card itself. If you plan on running two monitors you should pick up a minimum 256 card that does not pull from your system ram.

Will a dell dimension 2100 support dual monitors

Yes it will but that will also depend on your graphics card to a degree.
To do it properly you need to install a new graphics card and disable the on-board graphics card from the bios.

Your new card should support std VGA as well as DVI

DVI is also capable of being hooked up to many large screen tvs

Monitor won't work with new computer

The computer in question has two graphics cards in it. A GEForce 8400GS Graphics card and an onboard graphics card. It could be possible you are plugging the monitor cable into the wrong graphics card slot. The onboard graphics card slot may be a different color than the GEForce graphics card slot. Check the back of the computer to see if there is another spot to plug in the monitor.
