Require manual for JCB RHD 950 Rotary Hammer Drill
I have stripped down the drill and require a manual with the breakdown of the parts list so I can order spare parts to repair the Drill. I have searched high and low for a manual for this drill but have been unable to find one on the internet..... perhaps someone out there has a copy and can let me have a pdf file or similar of the manual....also where can I obtain parts for this machine....

Hi, have you tried the various positions on the front part of the gearbox behind the 'chuck'? If so, then Im afraid it must go in for repair. These are not an easy fix and personally I would recommend you ask for a 'quotation' as it could be just something simple to do with the 'Gearbox' selector, but it could also be something a lot more serious within the Gearbox. Good Luck & Best Wishes, John..
I see you posted several symptons on the TE12, the logical area to check is "hilti.com" you should be able to download the parts breakdown and order all the related parts needed, If you have trouble finding that you can call them at the phone number listed on their site, I think it is 1-800-879-8000, but you might want to double check. They have customer service agents that are more than willing to help in your problem, If you need more assistance let me know.

Go to Milwaukeetool.com and look under parts manuals. Type in the model you need and all the electrical/parts drawings will come up. You will need the serial number as well to get the most current drawing.
most drills have an external brush cap that needs to be removed and then the brushes replaced, but some are a little more complicated and require removal of the handle half, what is the brand and model number and I will try and find you a breakdown and idea what is required.
Call Hilti direct at 1-800-879-8000 and speak to them. They can fax or ssend you a breakdown of the tool list. They will also sell you parts. I don't know of an outside source for Hilti parts. If I have helped you would you please rate my response accordingly and Thank you.
