Question about Apple iPod touch
there was a known problem for a while where the ipod wouldn't recognise touch input.
Try updating the firmware on your ipod, and installing the latest version of itunes. Also try restoring your ipod.
if that doesn't work, you will need to bring it in for service.
if you wish to return the ipod for service, you can find a local apple reseller by calling apple on 1-800-MY-APPLE
Or you can visit an apple retail store by visiting http://www.apple.com/retail/
Hope this helps.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
