Question about Husqvarna Designer I
I was embroidering hats the other night to get ready for a craft show, the motor locked as the thread got tangled below the bobbin. I cleared the thread and got the motor unlocked. But now it will not pick up the bobbin thread when stitching.
Needle/hook timing is off. Best to take it to authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer for service or have them send it to Husqvarna Viking (SVP) Technical Service Dept for repair. A list of authorized dealers is available on the Husqvarna Viking website - http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/us

You don't have much info here to go on. I take it that it embroiders fine otherwise, ie on the built in designs. Is it a Janome card? Does it do it on a particular card / design? Have you changed the bobbin thread that you use? Check the top tension - even though it is 'automatic', it does require adjustment at times. Have you changed / using stabiliser that you use? Is the bobbin correctly threaded?
Check these things
