Moen single handle - push pull has a screw beneath the handle cover plate. The Moen single lever handle has an allen wrench screw located under the curve of the handle. Once either one of these screws are removed, the handle should come off easily.
Once the handle is off, the water must be turned off and then you can remove the cartridge. Some cartridges are difficult to remove and may require a special tool. Most new cartridge packages have information on them to explain how to remove the cartridge.

WATER PRESSURE

Seems like you have a hard water problem that has clogged up your faucet with sediment. You will need to replace the faucet, or take it off and try soaking it in vinegar water for a few hours, then boiling it. This may remove the sediment within the faucet.

Vent on top is blowing bubbles and toilet pan is filling up with effluent

If you have a Saniplus model then the vent connection is on the top right side of the pump casing if you are facing the toilet with pump sitting behind. The vent pipe needs to be minimum 1 1/2" and must be vented to the open air so air can flow in and out at all times. To the left side of the vent connection is the discharge pipe which should be a 3/4" or 1" discharge pipe. You can try disconnecting the vent pipe and run it with the vent pipe open, also you can disconnect the discharge pipe and put a bucket at the end of the discharge elbow and flush the toilet into the bucket, it will free flow into the bucket and there are no restrictions. That way you can tell if the problem is the pump or the installation set up.

The plumbing under the slab floor has been roughed in wrong and without breaking up the floor and replaceing you cann adjust the floats in the pump pitr to come on earlier to avoid pit filling up as fast causing the waste to back up in the tub/ shower area.

Condensation on toilet tank that drip a lot on the floor. Could you help me of what to do. These toilets were expensive and I do not want to change them.

This is usually the result of long hot showers and lack of ventilation. Open a window, or install an exhaust fan that runs whenever the light is on or kick those kids out of the shower. Another (maybe silly) option is to run a detour in the supply cold water-- that is, make the water supply that feeds these toilets run through a long section of 3/4 inch copper pipe in the basement so that the water can warm up a little before it fills the tank. 50 ft of 3/4 inch pipe holds about a gallon. (That would run you about $75 plus fittings.)

HI is the shower and toilet on the second floor???

If so iets your 110 waste pyp that is blocked and u must try and look for an inspectoin eye to plunge it. dont throw draincleaner down your pyp becose you also have a leak. the drain cleaner can make the leak worse. if u dont get an inspection eye call a plumber. becose u will probebly need 1 to fix the 110 pyp where ever the leak may be.

You said it.

Pegasus stuff is designed to fail from what I've seen. Every faucet or fixture they have is prone to failure.

Go back to your place of purchase and have the part replaced under warranty.
