1.Open the Trend Micro Internet Security main console by doing any of the following:
Click Start > Programs or All Programs > Trend Micro Internet Security > Trend Micro Internet Security.
OR Double-click the Trend Micro Internet Security icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
2.On the left panel, click Virus & Spyware Controls. Under Protection Against Viruses & Spywaresection, click Settings
3.Under Check for the following threats section, put a checkmark in the checkboxes for Threats in incoming mail and Threats in outgoing mail to enable mail scanning. To disable it, remove the checkmarks.
4.Click OK to save your settings.
5.Close the Trend Micro Internet Security main console.

I went to AdAware and it showed Win32TrojanSpy 4, but it indicated it had taken care of this. It also showed 83 cookies that had been eliminated. Hope this will help. Judi.
Do you mean to wipe it clean and start all over? If so, where do we go to do this? Thanks.
