Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

1 Answer

Phone has stopped functioning!

The display looks like a ms/dos statement and reads

Boot Loader 08.26 SW Version: R374_G_0E. 42.0 BR

Battery OK
OK to Program Connect USB Data Cable
Phone Code SIG 39:02

Can you help me get this going again?

Your phone needs to be re flashed. If you are not savvy with cell phone programing, I don't think you can do this yourself. Please look at the directory of repair providers on this site to have it repaired.

Boot Loader 03.E0

probably you had pressed the bootloader buttons.
once the phone is diplaying a status message like you are having, it means that the phone is ready to be flashed. if you haven't do anything to your phone after displaying the message, try to remove the battery and put it back on. but if you had this status message during flashing, it will give you the same issue even if you remove the battery.

take care.
