Re: k800i phone will not work after master reset
Sir it looks like your phones software has been corrupted. i will advise you to go to a nearby Sony Ericsson shop and tell them to change the software it will cost u around 15-20$. It is possible to rectify this type of fault By using Wotan Server (http://www.wotanserver.com/en/) to repair the EROM which is checked before firmware is flashed. You will have to buy credits and a data cable. Follow instructions pressing key 2 and 5 together. You don't have to but you may as well update the firmware as well after this process. If it is not this then it is a screen failure
first try reseting the the phone and see if the problem is gone,
Go to Menu, then settings, in settings scroll down to the last catagory, MASTER reset click it and it will say all your phone memory will be lost so make sure you save all your valuable contacts and pictures, and follow these steps, when you follow this the phone will restart wait for sometime till the phone switches on after resetting ,
So you mean to say your phone won't turn on at all? Have you tried removing the memory card, sim card and then the battery, put the sim card in and battery, turn it on without the memory card and see if it works...
