IPhone Frozen inside ipod player

I was listening to some music in the iPod and I decided to fast forward a song closer to the ending using the manual fast forward bar. When I did this the iPhone froze up. The music is not playing, I cannot exit the iPod screen back to the main screen & the screen has not shut down as it usually does when you don\'t touch it after a few seconds.

Also I tried to call the phone to see if that would release it, but the phone rings and goes to the answering machine; however the actual phone did not ring. This is really a **** being that these phone are supposedly the top of the line. Anyone else have this occur?

I cant download to my ipod i cant get sync in do i download songs to my ipod

You just need to import your songs into iTunes library, then make a playlist with the songs, connect your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect the iPod automatically, then click iTunes menu "File -> Sync iPod", the songs will be transferred from iTunes to iPod.
If iTunes not works for you, You may try this ipod transfer, it's a nice iTunes alternative that can help you manage iPod files including delete, upload, play, copy, etc. It's much easier to use than iTunes.

How can i change the ringing tone of my iphone? can i get music from it's ipod?

You can use the ringtones stored in Settings > Sounds > Ringtones. Otherwise, you can purchase custom ringtones from the iTunes Store application. You can also try using 3rd party applications that are named ringtone makers and try to use music in your iPod application. You cannot set songs in iPod as ringtones directly.

How to delete songs from the phone

That's easy. Do the following steps:
1. Plug your iPhone to your computer.
2. Open iTunes from your computer.
3. Select you iPhone under the devices menu.

... If you take a closer look at the first image, on the "Options", this is what you'll see: be39a77.jpg

4. In my case, I sync my entire music library, so if I want to delete a certain song from my iPhone, I just uncheck it from my iTunes music library before I sync. If we have the same case, then you just have to go to your music library (which is the top selection from the sidebar)...

... and uncheck the songs that you want to delete from your iPhone.

But when you sescted the other option - Manually manage music and videos, click on the triangle before youre device's name.

Now, select "Music", under your iPhone's name and right click on the song you want to delete, then select delete.
Hope this helps.

How do i transfer Music to my Iphone from my computer, Once plugged into the computer the songs that are currently in the iphone are unhighlighted and cannot move songs to or from the iphone.. Please help

You need to create a playlist for the iPhone. This isn't intuitive and I don't know why it's this way. It works great, there just isn't anything explaining what to do. This seems to snag Windows users the most. Maybe Mac users are already used to doing things this way? I don't know.

Below is a picture of my iTunes. Look down in the lower-left corner and see that my playlist is highlighted. At the very bottom-left corner you can click the plus sign to create a new playlist. Then drag all of the music you want to the playlist. Finally, in the music tab of your iPhone, make sure you click the playlist you just made to sync all music on that list to your phone.

This will do the trick.

Playing music

It depends on where you start. The iPhone is designed to be an integrated device so the "player" may be used for any number of functions in Mail. Safari, or phone. For example, if you are listening to music and you get a call, the music automatically goes on pause until the call is over. There is no shortcut or hot button to go direct to music other than the "Apps" button at the bottom and even then, the iPod function remembers where you were before and goes there rather than starting from the beginning. You can't think of the iPhone like a PC running applications: it is totally different by design.
