firstly you have to check what teh copier is set on i.e tray1 or tray2 , select one of the trays,and try to print this should work if , otherwise place the paper on bypass tray right hand side try this, somtimes the sensors are displaced which detect paper, try this and let me know.

Check that all the door are well closed and in place.

is the finisher tray atach and connector plug in? it's possible that the connector was unplugged while the machine was on and an memory error apeared! if so, unplug the copier from power source, plug in the finisher, and plug in the power corde . if it won't work you shall check also if all doors of finisher are closed and if wasn't broken one of the sensors!

Dear ,

you copier e-studio 65 showing message dispose of used toner.. ok.. Its donot mean dispose all old toner and install new toner... Its mean dispose used toner box... Dispose toner Box is a seprat box copier all garbage toner droped this box and when this box are full then copier showing message please dispose used toner box... please check it and dispose it.
