Please try one thing before going to repairing shop, enter reset code *#7780# , it will ask for security code enter 12345 . Your phone will restart with original settings.

your phones software has been corrupted. I will advice you to go to a nearby nokia shop and tell tell them to change software of your phone it will cost u around 10-15$. But if it is under warranty it will be repaired free of cost. you just have to take bill of your phone to shop
