Mail Quickview stopped working, it just stays blank.

2 days ago my mail quickview was working fine, now it just stays blank. I cleaned my files and chache and ran my scan but none of that helped. Can you tell me what else to do? I'm not sure if AOL has discontinued this service or not.

Has the Quickview problem been solved? If so, I can't find the answer. Should I download 9.5?

I see a hundred questions about the same problem I have with the mail quickview being blank but no solutions to the problem.

This is a common problem across AOL at the moment and its to do with Adobe Flash player.
Download the latest version, install it and you will be able to view your emails.
AOL provide some help on this problem with step by step guides,
