Question about Pelco KBD9000 Keyboard

Power went out now my pelco kbd300 isnt working

The power went out and now my pelco KBD300 isn't working. There is a way to reset it I think I just dont remember how to do it.

If no power, it must one resistor of power interface circuit burnt. you need to send it for repair.
if it can be powered up, just can't cotrol. you can try to press the key of F5(AUX OFF), and powered it and hold "AUX OFF" for more 3 seconds and release. this mothod is used for calibrate the joystick.

Kbd300a does not select monitor just it shows 00 on the display

Which power supply went bad? The 250watt or the 480watt? If a power-supply goes bad (dies), it generally takes some (if not all) hardware with it.

My mouse isnt responding at all. the weird thing is, when i put the battery in, the light doesnt turn on


you need to press the reset switch ont he recever that connect to the computer and then the mouse so it can sink up.

New batteries, power light on, no activity from mouse at all. Batteries went dead, installed new batteries now nothing works. Power light is on.


try holding down the reset button for 5 seconds. usually that will re-establish the connection to the USB dongle

There should be reset / resync instructions on back side of wireless keyboard. Basically, press reset button on keyboard, then press reset button on mouse. this should resyncronize both to PC.

Pressed hibernation key and now the computer won't work


Unplug the computer for a minute and plug it back in. It should restart normally.

Usually you restart just by tapping a key in sleep or hitting the power in hibernate.

Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.

My ex110 combo came without any instructions, how do I at least get started?


Did you put batteries in both units before connecting the Receiver to a USB port?
Then did you use the CD software program that came with the keyboard and mouse and install the program?
After doing the install the following info will help to make them operational.

Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.
