Open the scan and make sure that marked ruler like thing where the scana light rest is tightly fixed. that's it ,the error won't appear anymore

This is a trouble that can be solved only by people that are used to do in maintenance in printers. If you have no experience doing that, I recommend you to look for a solution in your printer's local representant.
- Check the connection of Flat Cable between Main Controller Board (J5) and Contact Sensor.
- Replace the Flat Cable between Main Controller Board (J5) and Contact Sensor.
- Replace the Contact Sensor.
- Replace the Main Controller Board.
