Problem for Canon FAX-B840 Plain Paper Bubblejet

Canon fax-B840 - Print is "stripey"

Despite changing the ink cartridge & doing many cleans the print is still unreadable with the bottom half of all characters missing and pictures being "striped" - print a line, miss a line etc.

Is this the end of my Canon Fax B840?

No not yet,the problem is the cartridge,sometimes even new cartridges might have a dry printhead
Remove you cartridge,put the printhead side in about 5mm of hot water and keep it there for 5 minutes,take it out and do head cleanning again.
