Question about Apex Digital LD3249 LCD TV
I've spent a large part of the afternoon attempting to access the advance menu and the service menu for my Apex LD3249 TV to no avail. The overscan cuts off too much of the picture when displaying via my computer and also from my game consoles. I understand from the manual that I SHOULD be able to adjust it in the Advance menu, but it's disabled on all input modes (TV, Component, HDMI, etc) and when I try to access the service menu using the way commonly talked about for Apex TVs (volume down to 0, mute TV, then press mute on remote and menu on the TV) it doesn't work. Any help?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
