Question about Hoover Power Scrub Upright Carpet Washer - FH50150
It worked great for the first cleaning, when I went to empty the dirty water and replaced the bin I tried to turn it on but it wouldnt stay on unless I hold the button down. It's brand new, just got it a few hours ago.

SOURCE: My Hoover will not turn on
there was probably a leak in the hose/piping near the pump in the vacuum that shorted out the motor. you will need a new motor for the vacuum. you will also need a new pump assembly. i strongly recommend that you also replace all the internal tubing and places where the pipes join.
