SOURCE: kubota t1670 stalls when grass cutting

Is the tractor running fine until you engage the blades? Are you cutting tall grass? There are a couple of reason why it stalls. First, while the engine is OFF, you need to see if the blades move freely, you need to lay down beside the deck and reach up (with a glove on, so you won't cut yourself) and see just what is up under there. Remove any debris, I.E. old grass clippings, and anything else.(see if there is anything wrapped around the column where the blades meet the rest of the deck) Then you will have to grab one of the blades and see if it moves freely. Wiggle it back and forth and find out if all 3 move freely. Sometimes a bearing will go bad in one of the blade mounts and cause the engine to stall. Sometimes the electric clutch goes bad and then you have a whole new set of problems. Either way let me know what is going on. Please rate my answer.

I have a 2yr old Kubota zero turn and it has been dieing on me then it will run a second an die again then I would restart it an if I gave it full choke it would run now it won't even start

it is a fuel problem.if it has a fuel pump on it be sure it is pumping fuel. you will need to take the carburetor off and clean it real good. check to be sure there is no water in the fuel tank. i would drain it to be sure.

Ive replaced gas,gas lines, fuel pump on t1670 would try to start before if you pour gas in stil does same with new parts.tried to run 1 time and died.what else could be wrong.

check and make sure the muffler is not blocked. If it is the fuel won't be allowed to enter the cylinder and fire. A plugged muffler will put back pressure on the engine.

My used kubota escavator has a 4 cyl kubota desel engine fuel injector pump is filling crankase with fuel

because injector pumps need specialized machinery to calibrate them , this is a job for a diesel specialist shop
while you can remove the pump , the fitting and timing is is tricky unless it is done by an experienced diesel mechanic
Because the machine would be used by a company or to make a living the quickest fix here is to have a specialist shop to the job rather that do it your self
the pump shaft probably has a bad bearing and that is allowing the shaft seal not to work properly and allowing fuel into the sump

Forward and reverse appear to be getting slower

hydro drives have a habit of failing
There is a requirement to change the oil on a regular basis so it is possible that the viscosity is changing from contaminants and
best talk with your local Kubota service dealer and see if there is a problem other than oil

Kubota 900 rtv fuel system

two thing to know, if you have been below freezing for some time and haven't treated fuel it might be gelled, my first guess, also could be a plug or gelled fuel filter as well... another guess would be the fuel pump

Kubota M 5030 2.8 6 cyl. Diesel in oil sump. Why?

Diesel gets in the sump from an seal leaking in the fuel pump through to the drive gear and out into the sump. If it has an inline pump( one where the injector lines are in a row at the top of the pump) the fuel will be leaking past the plunger elements and into the pump sump which then drains back tot he engine sump. IF it is slight but consistent sometimes injectors will dribble when shut down and the fuel will by pass the piston rings into the sump. Talk with a diesel pump and injector repair specialist for any faults particular to the Kubota fuel system

Diesel engine, grey market kubota, the turqouise

yes there is a low pressure pump and a high pressure(incjector pump) if your no getting fuel to engine check for low pressure pump to be working may also have air in system which is very hard to get out and a diesel wont run untill most or all air is gone
