Question about RIM BlackBerry 8700g Smartphone
We are unabled to receive bluetooth messages from any device on our Blackberry phones (pearl/bold). We have attempted all the troubleshooting procedures and none have worked. We are able to send messages to other bluetooth devices but are unable to receive messages from bluetooth enabled phones. All the phone settings for bluetooth are enabled.

Enable the Bluetooth radio by going to the options window and clicking on Bluetooth.
