Question about Canon ImageRunner 3320N Copier
When printing out envelopes or printing using the copier, there are these random black dots speckled on the finished product (either the envelope or the paper that was printed out). How do you fix it? It's obviously not coming from the glass being dirty, because both of these objects are being sent to the copier from the computer.
Try using the roller cleaning or wire cleaning procedure in additional functions. If fault persists, it might be toner build up on the fuser roller from dots worn onto the surface on the fuser rollers.
