Dear Sir, my mother board d101 has been damaged can i use of p4sd m/b insted of that while i want all rest parts remain using i dont want change ram,SMPS, Proccesser etc.

fbhushan, the Intel D101GGC motherboard (Grand Country) supports;

1) Intel Pentium 4, Intel Celeron D, and Intel Pentium D processors that fit in an
> LGA 775 processor socket.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_775

The Processor has the socket holes, and the processor socket (LGA 775) has the pins.
775 socket holes, and 775 pins.

The Front Side Bus (FSB) can be either 533MegaHertz, or 800MHz.

2) Supports DDR Sdram ram memory at either 333MegaHertz or 400MHz.
(PC2700 and PC3200, respectively)

Will support Up To 2GB of ram memory.
Has two ram memory slots. The maximum amount for EACH slot is 1GB

3) The SMPS used for it has,
A) One 24-pin ATX main power cable

http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html#atxmain24

B) One 4-pin ATX +12 Volt power cable,

http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html#atx12v4

The Intel D101GGC motherboard has Four SATA headers (Connectors) on it, so I'm going to assume you are using a SATA harddrive.
This would mean the SMPS you are using should have at least one SATA power cable.

It should also have an assortment of 4-pin standard Peripheral power cables.
(Misnomered as 'Molex')

The Asus P4SD (Motherboard chipset Intel 865PE) supports;

1) Intel Pentium 4 and Intel Celeron processors that fit in a > Socket 478 processor socket

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socket_478

The Processor has the pins, and the processor socket has the socket holes.
478 pins, and 478 socket holes.

Your Processor will NOT work.

The Ram Memory WILL work.

The SMPS MAY work.

I state MAY because the Asus P4SD motherboard uses a 20-pin ATX main power cable.

If the last four pins of the 24-pin ATX main power cable that you have on your SMPS right now, Do Not remove, you can Carefully cut them off. Wrap them up, and out of the way.
If you need guidance on this I can help instruct you.

You need an IDE (PATA) harddrive, or a SATA adapter card to use a SATA harddrive.

So there you have it sir.

joecoolvette

Right i need the size or model for the cooling fan that all intelboard mode E210882

The Heatsink/Fan combo is based on the processor socket used.

After a few search hits, I have seen E210882 on Intel based motherboards, that use two different processor sockets.
The Socket 478, and the LGA 775 processor socket.

The socket for the Socket 478 has the pin holes. The Processor has the pins. (478 of them)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socket_478

The socket for the LGA 775 processor socket has the pins. The Processor has the pin holes. (775 of them)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_775

Identify which processor socket you have, buy accordingly as to the Heatsink/Fan combo.

One example of a Heatsink/Fan combo for an Socket 478 processor socket,
(Only Intel uses the Socket 478 for their Processors),

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=578161&CatId=795

One example of a Heatsink/Fan combo for an LGA 775 processor socket,
(Only Intel uses the LGA 775 socket for their Processors),

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3302824&CatId=1588

Remember to observe Anti-Static Precautions, Thoroughly clean the top of the Processor's case, and aplly fresh new thermal paste.
(A Processor is the most susceptible hardware component to Static shock)

[ Example of thermal paste,

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3071621&CatId=503 ]

If you would like advice on how to properly clean the processor's case, properly apply thermal paste, and/or what Anti-Static Precautions are, post in a Comment.
