When i press my salinty button on my Aqualink RC I get a fault HH what should I do?

need more info is this a wired controller if so check to see if 4 pin red connector is connected also see if maybe a landscaper cut the wire by the aqualink or where it goes into the house

check red 4 pin connectors to see if any wires touching if not make sure wires are tight also make sure wire isnt cut or knicked sometimes landscapers do it not knowing seems like shorted wire if you can take controller with shorter wire and try next to aqualink if it works bad wire if not bad controller

general fault is the aqua pure either not enough salt or too much salt check salinty or the sensor or cell needs cleaning or replacing
