What you can do is in your web browser there will be an option called pop-up blocker, just enable it and you won't get any ads when you open the web browser.
If you are using IE go to Tool -> Internet Options ->select Security Tab -> In that open "Restricted Sites" section, When ever you get those viagra ads copy those url and paste in this section and click on OK next time you won't get those ads.
Try both the ways it works....!

If you are getting these ads when you open your mails then check with ur account settings.  While creating a new ID by mistake if you have selected for these options there are chances of getting.

Or else what you can do is instead of using Internet Explorer use some other browser (like Avant, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome) all these are better than IE and they block all the popups.

    Try with these options.
