If you really have Japanese Firered, then you are a lucky dog! I think you should learn Japanese or something, because Japanese versions of pokemon games have 10 times the cheats compared to english versions. You can catch things like Mew, Celebi, and Lugia! No, you can't change the language, but people out there will pay hundreds of dollars for one of those.

My nintendo ds is from japan, cant read their characters, can i re program and install in english version instead

You can try to change the Language settings (if it is available)

Remove any game cartridge from your DS then turn it on.

Touch the screen then tap the DS icon at the bottom (small icon)

Then tap wrench icon, then the globe/planet icon and then choose English.

I hope that will work for your DS.

I can't read my wii, because I bought it in japan, can I change its language or . thus it have a subtitle???

The Japanese Wii does not have a language change option. Also, games will of course be completely in Japanese and you cannot play games in English without breaking the Wii and modding it.

You need a third-party cheating device such as GameShark, a popular cheating device for older games like Pokemon Blue and Red.

Is there already a english converter for japanese dsi?

The DSi has not been hacked as of yet, so currently changing the region is not possible. However, if you can guess your way through the settings (I can't help here as my DSi was stolen) then I think you can change the language. Other than that you can't do much else.

About playstation3 cd

No unless they have it already as a language that you can play it as. Other than that, if the game is not programmed with English already in, then the best thing you can do is get a dictionary or someone who can read japanese.

The games are made for different region formats, so what works in Japan doesn't always translate (hardware-wise) that it will in the North America.
