How do i reset my password for my newsmy p72 tablet

You can attempt to do a "hard reset" on the tablet. Some models have this feature while others do not. In order to do a hard reset, hold down the volume up button along with the power button until the Orbo Jr turns on. Once it starts to power up, you should see a menu in the top-left corner of it with an option called "factory reset kernel." The easiest way to unlock the Orbo Jr if you have already downloaded things from the Google Play store is to input the wrong pattern 5 times in a row. If the system is fully updated, you should see "forgot password" on the screen. Hit that and put in your google email and password and it will unlock the tablet allowing you to put in a new pattern. If it's android then you can reset it but you will lose all the apps you installed along with any saved passwords.
power off the tablet by holding down power until screen goes blank.
hold both the power button and the volume up button for at least ten seconds.it should boot to android logo...then a robot with red exclamation.leave it alone until the option to reset screen appears.

Try to off it for sometime then on it again then go to settings then try to put a new password.

If it is an apple tablet that has Icloud and find my ipad on you can log in to his icloud account and change the password at Icloud.com
