To the right of the shutdown option that your seeing there is a arrow pointing right
select the arrow by clicking on it with the mouse pointer
then select the restart option

Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Power Options >> A dialog box will open, there will be a Hibernate Tab at the top of it >> Check the option there "Enable Hibernation".
When Done, click Start and Turn off computer, The three buttons you see one will be Stand By. Press and hold the Shift key. Stand By will become hibernate. Click it. You are done.
