I also have a Toshiba AW-9790S, and encountered similar problem. The E2-3 would occur sporadically and halt the washing programme. E2-3 error occurs when the washing machine detects that the lid is not properly seated and locked during the rinse or spin cycles. I took mine apart and resolved my problem by cleaning the contacts for the switches. There are 2 contact switches at the lower right side; 1 for sensing the lid is closed and 1 for sensing that the lid lock is engaged. Both the switches were slightly oxidized which prevented current flow and the sensors from working properly.

E2 is your printer is out of paper or paper does not feed. E 2.X is an error requiring servicing might have occurred. Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply. After a while, plug the power cord of the machine back in and turn on the machine. If the same error occurs, then the printer needs servicing or some repairs.

Try unplugging it for 10 minutes. While unplugged, press and hold the start and stop but for 10 seconds. Double check for any paper jams. Just the smallest piece can jam it up. There should be a list of error codes for anything wrong. List paper jam would have an error code, change toner, change or clean ink, ect. Is this the only message you get? this is a fault relating to the toner recycling system which is behind the black cover on the process unit-error code suggests that it has locked.

E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 Error code: Due to AC line noise Error Code


Symptom E002/E000/E003/E261/E733: due to AC line noise. Description E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 occur due to AC line noise.
If the above error codes are frequently recorded in the error log, they might concern AC line noise. Cause When the machine tries to detect a Zero-cross signal of AC line, it will fail if a noise occurred around the zero-cross point. Since the fixing temperature is controlled based on the zero-cross signal, there is a possibility that the fixing temperature could not rise properly if a noise occurs several times. Field Remedy Replace the Switching Regulator PCB　***'y with a new one.

CF60 indicates Recycle Toner Transport area lock. U need to take out the process unit, remove developer unit, remove drum, drum blade & recovery blade, disposed all waste toner, make sure the gear can turn properly. Then reassembly back everything.
