Return spring #105709X broke , ordered new one but don't have instruction on how. To replace

Best thing to do is to place the new on where the old one broke now stretch it in the direction the spring it was to pull and look for a shiny connection point where the old spring would have been attached..I found it that way...good luck..

I need a diagram for clutch linkage for 1966 chevy impala

Its pretty simple set up, you go from the pedal assembly to the rod in the back down to the frame rocker, the linkage from the frame rocker to the clutch fork, you will also have a return spring there

Is there a diagram of where the clutch return spring is on a 2008 Hyundia Santa Fe?

The clutch don't have spring to return. hydraulic pressure return the pedal. if you pedal go down to the flour and don't return you lost the pressure. First look in the reservoir for fluid. add DOT3 brake fluid and bleed the system. inspect for leak
Good luck

My son has a 95' toyota camry; the problem is when he depresses the clutch it stays on the floor. He can manually pull it up an it goes in gear, is there a return spring or is it something else? Have...

Looks like a clutch master problem.
You have to replace the clutch master assembly, but you could try first to replace the clutch master repair cap kit( the parts inside can only be replace ) that'll be cheaper, but if the cylinder is already worn you have to buy the assembly.
Bleed it thoroughly afterwards, usually when you replace a new master the slave will give better buy that one down there.

Hope that helped you out!

Hi, i have a 1993 250 Eliminator, has a knocking noise on l/h side of engine but when clutch is pulled in it stops , any ideas ??? Cheers Trevor

G'day.Well.I would have said straight away - clutch hub rattle. But noise from the L/H side(& seeing that the clutch is on the right).
Maybe its the counterbalancer dampers are worn out- But it looks on the fisch that you can only get the whle shaft- NASTY.
Hmmm again.where to go from here?
You see, clutch hub rattle is common on bikes that have seen a few km's.It's caused by the steel gear at the back of the clutch hub moving-in relation to the clutch hub. Most manufacturers put damper springs in them to reduce loads as the clutch opperates & these "sack out"(loose tension).
Like I said, this is REALLY COMMON on heaps of bikes & isn't that much to worry about.
But seeing your noise is comming from the L/H SIDE it may be the counterbalance shaft is also dampened & the springs are sacked out in it.You can see the diagrams at http// select kawasaki parts- select model- year (if not there check under all modles-it's in there cause i'm looking at it now)
When you find the right fisch- look under crankshaft to see also the counter balancer shaft.
Yes it is showing damper springs in the counterbalancer- but not as a seperate part. NOOOO.
All I can suggest you do if your sure the noise is on the L/H side would be to pull the cover off & inspect the counterbalancer damper springs & also the other parts behind there like the flywheel bolt & stator mounting bolts.
I'm not sure if this has helped, if you have further queries I'm happy to help.
Kind regards Andrew Porrelli

Spring return clutch handle not strong enough on 60 - 70 Vespa scotter

If it's a 60s-70s Vespa scooter, there is no return spring on the clutch handle. The return spring is inside the clutch cover plate behind the rear wheel. Either it is broken or else your trunnion on the cable has slipped.
