Question about Garden
I believe my son had put this unit away a couple of years ago with bad gas in it, I found it very gummed up and cleaned as much as possible with carb cleaner but I am not sure but the diaphragm may be damaged.
Take the carb off then pull it apart and thoroughly clean every hole and part with carb cleaner, make shure you you clean the neddle valve and there is no biuld up on the floats. also mak sure there isn't any holes in the floats an in the diafram

Hi There, Check the primer bulb for tare or pin holes. Replace it. Check and clean carb jet it maybe plugged with debree. Also check for spark which you didn't say. Replace with correct plug.
Note; Do not use strong cleaners on rubber seals (O rings and gaskets) They dry up and crack.
If needed use a dabble of grease on seals

Testimonial: "Thank you. I had to merely add more gas to tank & bulb siphoned fine. Changed the plug and bingo! It started & runs great. "
