Enquire with either a Pulsar dealer or a watchmaker they may be able to get it for you. If you have a trade supplier near you they may also be able to order one if available.

Try your nearest watch shop. Most you be able to repair it for you.
If the can't, then its back to Christian Dior I'm afraid!

If you measure the width / length of your old strap you can order a matching size genuine Dior replacement from Ebay that should fit.
