Question about Amazon Kindle Fire HD
Will not turn on and freezes up where do I change the battery at
Sounds like the software than manages the charging is frozen. Try these steps to fix the Kindle.
Step 1: Plug the Kindle into the charger
Step 2: Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds making sure the Kindle is OFF
Step 3: Let the Kindle charge in this state for 60 to 8 hours
Step 4: While the Kindle is Plugged into the charger, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then release the power button. Wait for 10 seconds.
Step 5: Press and release the power button normally, the Kindle should wake up and the charger system should be reset.
