SOURCE: i cannot connect my usb on my motherboard..ASUS

I put this as a reference to you. Look in your manual to see what it means. I picked p5 and p6 usb from your manual. from what you listed, you should have 8 wires like vcc1 and vcc2 there should also be -d1 and -d2 and +d1 and also a +d2. The 1 is a set and 2 is also a set. Dont mix and match. they have to go in a set.

set 1
vcc1 = usb+5v
-d = usb_p5-
+d = usb_p5+
gnd = gnd

set2
vcc2 = usb+5v
-d2 = usb_p6-
+d2 = usb_p6+
gnd = gnd

I would like to install a internal card reader with a usb port.

Those wires go into an internal USB extension connector - which your motherboard doesn't have. Get a PCI USB card and connect them to it - this way you will also get USB2.

You should have told me you are missing a manual. If you dont follow thing from it correctly, you can really burn your motherboard. from the usb connectors on the motherboard
you see pins like this 1 is set 1 and 2 is set 2. you see those are wrapped in sets from you cable near the end. dont mix them

ooooo 12345
oooo 6789

lets put it this way

vcc1 = 1
-d1 = 2
+d1 = 3
GND1 = 4
nothing on 5
vcc2 = 6
-d2 = 7
+d2 = 8
GND2 = 9
