It was working fine till two days back it stopped working. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but I get a message that there is no internet connection whereas the connection is working directly andI am communicating througu the same

check the dns value ip address of the isp and change the ip address of the router is default is 192.168.1.1 change in different series then check the friewall disable it any proxy server change it then check you get it and reconfigure it
