Question about Samsung SGH-X830 Cellular Phone
Hello :) I have a Samsung SGH X830, and I like it very much. But recently, or today, it is f***** up. I went to bed, without charging it, 'cause I was too lazy. Then, when I woke up, I heard I was receiving a message, but I was to tired to read it. Later I received a call, but again I was to tired to pick it up. When I finally looked at my phone, it was all black. I thougt the battery was empty, so I started to charge it, and turned on the phone, but nothing happened. I thought it was pretty weired, so I turned it on without charging it. Then something happened. The original Samsung Logo appeared for a few seconds, and suddenly it was gone again. And then it appeared again. And it could do that all day. Now I can't turn it off without I have to take out the battery, or if I start to charge it. What to do? Marco. Enter the code *#9998*2878#. This is a custom EEPROM reset, you won't lose any data on your phone but your settings will be restored to the factory default state.
If that doesn't work:
Enter the code *#9998*3855#. You will lose all your data on the phone as the code restores the phone to default factory settings.

MARCO - you will need to reflash the sw version so take the phone and have it done.
ZQ1234 - you will need to try another battery first if that does not work then take the phone and have the circuit board tested.
