I am trying to connect my T305 portable bluetooth car speaker phone to work with my iPhone 3G, but I keep getting Motorola T305 not paired What should I do?

Hold the power button in on the speaker system until the indicator light turns purple. Have your Iphone scan for bluetooth devices and select the T305. The first time it connects it will ask for a security key which should be 0000. If that doesn't work try 1234 as well.

At that point it should pair successfully and you should be good to go.

Please leave feedback if you found this helpful. Thanks.

I have a motorola krzr k1m. It pairs with the t305 but, doesn't connect. Are they compatible?

These two devices ARE compatible. Sometimes you might be required to enter a passkey once your phone has paired with the T305 (in which case the initial value is set to '0000'). If this doesn't work try the Motorola website below:
http://www.motorola.com/Support/US-EN/Consumer-Support/Mobile-Phones/KRZR_K1_Default_Support_Loc%253AUS-EN#
And click on 'Car Accessories' under 'Connect my Bluetooth'
Hope this helps!

Bluetooth/phone connection problems

If you turn on the headset and then press and hold the button until it starts flashing rapidly(or if it usually does this stays on) whilst doing this set your phone to PAIR BLUETOOTH DEVICES in the settings menu. This should pair your devices

My phone is a n95

What is a t305? It must be a device which can type a passcode. A passcode is a number that Bluetooth devices use to confirm that it is safe to connect. If you pair two mobile phones, it asks for a passcode. You enter it in one and then the same in the other.

If the t305 is not a device which can enter a passcode, then you need to refer to its manual to see what to do if the phone asks for a passcode.

Please add details on what a t305 exactly is.

SamsungSGH-A411/T305 compatibility

both units were returned to the purchaser who by using the hardware compatibility list in the phone selected the T305 option. from there on evreything went smoothly as per the manual. Maybe a problem with the signal selection software?

T305

do not just switch on the t305 .hold the on button down for at least 10 secs. much longer than the usual switch on .it will go through the normal on sequence to the pairing signal mode.do a search for device .when found pin 0000 as you have already done.

Motorola Bluetooth Hands-Free t305

I have been told by both Motorola and LG that it is a Bluetooth profile compatibility issue. I don't know that there's anything that can be done.
