Hi

My acer Travelmate 5620 17'' only display (thin bright and broad dim) horizontal lines when switched on. External display and svideo works fine!
Sometimes when booting the display gets snowy with multi coloured dots but goes back to horizontal lines.

Can it be repaired without replacement?
