Question about Philips DSS 350 Computer Speakers

They are USB speakers.... take half a second and you can find that out instead of posting something useless like "Speakers dont need drivers" yeah no shit ****

Speakers do not need drivers usually. What else do they do other than play sounds? Check the content of the disk. and tell me I am curious. Meanwhile if there is a program your the speakers load it then right click on the icon and then properties then compatibility and read on. or Go to My Computer/Help and type = program compatibility. You will discover a device to get XP to read programs as for 98.
