SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do i connect my iomega screnplay director for the first time?

First Time Setup: 1. Connect the power supply to the ScreenPlay Director and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or power outlet. 2. Press the power button on the front of the ScreenPlay Director to turn it on. 3. Turn on your TV and change the input setting as needed to receive input from the ScreenPlay Director. 4. When the ScreenPlay Director setup wizard appears on the TV screen, select your language and the TV screen aspect ratio, then configure your network connection. Refer to the user's manual if you need additional instructions. NOTE: If you wish to skip the network configuration during first time setup, you can add it at a later time using Settings from the ScreenPlay Director home menu. See the user's manual for detailed instructions. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you need any other information about your device, I would suggest looking at the user's manual as it will pretty much answer any other questions you have about your device. I have the iOmega Director. YouTube is not working. . Every thing I select says "The content you requested was not found".

April, 2010 - Iomega learned that YouTube made some changes to their programming APIs. Iomega uses YouTube's APIs, or programming interface, to interact with their service and their site. Until Iomega can learn more about the changes YouTube made, and re-program the ScreenPlay Director and TV Link Director to work with them, the online YouTube videos will be unavailable. Your device is working fine, but YouTube's service is temporarily unavailable.

How can I format my Screenplay Director?

Formatting the Data Partition

The data partition on the ScreenPlay Director is formatted with an NTFS file system and will appear as a read-only volume under Mac OS X unless special software is installed on the Mac. If you need to transfer files to the ScreenPlay Director by direct USB connection on a Mac, you must reformat the data partition to FAT32 (see instructions below).

NOTE: On a network connection, Mac OS will see the ScreenPlay Director as a shared SMB volume. This means you can use the network to copy files from a Mac to the ScreenPlay Director without changing the format from NTFS to FAT32. (Recommended if available.)

If you reformat the ScreenPlay Director data partition for use with a Windows PC, it is recommended that you use the Windows format utility to reformat with NTFS. Right click on the drive letter for the data partition and select Format.

CAUTION!

  • Do NOT change the partitioning on the ScreenPlay Director as this will remove the firmware that enables the ScreenPlay Director to communicate with your TV set. Only media files stored on the active data partition can be viewed or played on a TV.

  • Formatting the data partition will erase all existing data! If you have files on the ScreenPlay Director you want to save, move them to another drive or volume before reformatting.

How do i scan to compter

You need to load the software for the HP printer in question. Then you need to set it up. If you have IE7 installed (big E with a golden halo) then you need to go to the HP site and download the patch for the HP director or it won't work. Once there, you can configure it to scan to the computer.

Here is a sample screen of the HP director:

When you click on SETTINGS, SCAN SETTINGS AND PREFERENCES, SCAN TO SETUP, you get to this screen.

Once here, you should be ok. If you need more assistance, let us know.

Where can I get my Digital Camera or Film Scanner repaired?

Digital Camera and Film Scanner repair: If you are experiencing a problem with a Konica Minolta, Minolta, or Konica brand digital product, please send this item to: Konica Minolta Photo Imaging U.S.A, Inc. Camera Division Attn: Digital Repair 725 Darlington Avenue Mahwah, NJ 07430 When sending in a digital product for service regarding an image quality issue please include a sample image or scan. For scanners also include the actual slide or negative you are trying to scan. This will help our technicians verify and correct any anomalies. Please pack your product in the following way: Place the product in a sealed plastic bag. (Please do not use tape to seal the bag.) Place the bagged product inside a sturdy corrugated cardboard box. Place enough dry packing material around the bagged prodcut to make sure it does not travel within the box during shipment. The best material to use is foam packing "peanuts." You can also use popcorn. Please include a detailed description of the problem(s) you are experiencing. If this item is under warranty, please include photocopies of your dated sales slip and Warranty Card. (If we are unable to verify your proof of purchase, we may have to treat the services as an out of warranty repair, in which case you will receive a written estimate for your approval before we proceed.) Remember: Konica Minolta will not assume the responsibility for damage encountered in transit and will institute charges for any repairs required. In fact, such damage specifically voids any warranty otherwise in force. Please submit a troubleshooting Interactive Q&A detailing the problem that you are experiencing for assistance and further instructions on repairing your digital product.
