I had to uninstall my ABBY 11 Professional program in order to convert from W7 to W8. My license number is: FPAS-1102-1002-0053-7199-9390 My purchase order number is: 51917943 Please provide me with a link to re-download this product
You should contact the software manufactures or distributors customer
support and they will assist you, otherwise the keys are normally
provided with the paperwork for the software when you purchased it.
Also you should not post you license information on the internet

Dear Valued Member, First of all you will need to check the device drivers existing in your current setting. For that you can download System Information Viewer (SIV) you can find the total details of existing drivers in your pc. copy the details for every option and save it on notepad, I will suggest you to transfer that .txt file on usb or disk. before formatting the pc try to find out the drivers on internet according to SIV list. then go for Format the PC. for further enquiry please proceed with comment on this same post.....Good Luck...

Since you are unable to run the full version of the program, it seems that the program has not been activated.
You will have to activate the program by entering the activation key which you have received by email.
To activate the program using the Activation Key:

On the page which opens, scroll to the bottom of the page, then select the product from the drop-down list and click on the "Continue" button. Enter the details on the next page and click the "Continue" button again.
