I use a toothpick and toothbrush which is gentle and will not damage the plates and you can poke the toothpick through the holes.

My Imperia(dal 1932) Model is not holding the ravioli thickness when running through the machine. How can this be fixed?


There are parts breakdowns on imperia-parts.com and you can probably email them to get the older model parts too. I know they have a lot of stuff in stock.

I want to know the meaning of code 6010,6013 and 7018.


The first two numbers are the streangth. (60=60,000lbs) the 3rd is the posititon 1 : Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead.2 : Flat and Horizontal only.3 : Flat, Horizontal, Vertical Down, Overhead. The fourth digit is the current and coating 1 : DC:ROD+ ................... cellulose sodium
2 : AC or DC:ROD+ or DC:ROD- .. cellulose potassium
3 : AC or DC:ROD- ............. titania sodium
4 : AC or DC:ROD- or DC:ROD+ .. iron powder titania
5 : DC:ROD+ ................... low hydrogen sodium

There is four wires-two of them is white for the heater and another two is grey and black for the sensor.Zirconia or titania doesn.t matter.

Wear can I find a parts break down for an Imperia R220 Pasta Machine?


http://www.fantes.com/manuals/imperia-restaurant-pasta-maker-manual.pdf Internal parts are at the end, and all in Italian. I haven't had any luck finding someone who sold internal parts for this machine, but maybe this site will help.
