Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
I use Outlook to receive email from att.net on my pc. I purchased an iPhone today and the sales rep. set up my email. I am receiving email on my iPhone, but it seems like once Outlook checks my email and dowloads them from att.net to the Outlook program, they disappear from the iPhone. How can I set it up to sync where I can keep the email on my iPhone until I either delete them on the phone or from my PC?
Hi, Possibly this could be the reason. Your iPhone might have been setup with IMAP connection, and Outlook with POP3. In this case, once email is downloaded by Outlook, it will be deleted from the att.net server. So, go to Advanced in your Outlook account configuration and Select the option leave a copy on the server.
Then you will have to delete all the emails individually from your phone too.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Download the program ActivePrint 4.7 and then follow the instructions on how to set it up.
You can't actually print from your Apple iPhone with this program, but it allows you to select whatever documents you wish to print through a host computer and then print them from your own.
Purchase a program called "Automatic Print Emailer" from its official Website.
This program automatically prints all the email from whatever web based or pop accessible email account you use.
Set up on your Apple iPhone to use this program, and then enable "POP" from your email settings.
After you've done that, set up the program to check and print your email messages and attachments automatically.
Buy PrintPocketCE from its official website.
This program prints documents, spreadsheets, and email from your Apple iPhone or any PDA. You need to have a printer which is compatible with this program.
There is a list on the website so that you can find out if your printer is compatible before you purchase this program.
Download the trial version of Print Tools for Outlook, which is a program that automatically prints incoming and outgoing messages (even those with attachments) from your Apple iPhone if you use Microsoft Outlook to send and receive email.
Hope this helps.
